Maintenance Contracts

VSATs, IP-PBX systems, networks and companies require dedicated IT-support teams to cater to the daily breakdown of equipment like servers, desktops, routers, printers, switches, laptops, modems and others.

IPX undertakes annual maintenance contracts to handle the entire IT infrastructure of offshore companies, thereby being a single point of contact for any equipment failure. We provide local service and spares for selected critical equipment. IPX lets companies concentrate on their core business activities.

Spares and Repairs

IPX maintains a large stock of spares to support main equipment supplied by us. These spares are utilized to repair equipment in our local depot and support our customers in-country and in the field.

Fast On-Site Response

In the case that an issue requires an on-site network technician, IPX Systems Engineers are ready to respond. Each of our customers has an assigned technician that knows the network and local issues that may impact the ability for the network to deliver required results.
