VoIP Service Plans
A Maintenance Service Agreement provides extended warranty protection for your telephone and contact center system. Service contracts allow you to budget all your repair expenses for the year and protect you from unexpected costs. You also get free technical support and free remote administration services if your telephone system is equipped.
Contracts are available for one year or up to three years. With a business telephone system service contract you'll get the best service possible and peace of mind knowing you'll be in good hands.
Three Service Plan options are available:
Premier Service Plan
- Software Assurance
- Advanced Replacement services for in-warranty boards and chassis hardware
- Technical Support - 5:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday
- After hours phone support for emergencies
Standard Service Plan
- Software Assurance
- Depot Repair services for in-warranty boards and chassis hardware
- Technical Support - 5:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday
Software Assurance Service Plan
- Software Assurance only (mandatory for new systems)
- Technical Support - 5:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday
